In-App Purchases

• Purchase Issues: If you don't receive items after purchase, first check your network connection, then restart the app. If the problem persists, email us with the subject [Purchase] Purchase Issue and include your order number (available in your platform purchase history).
• Refund Requests: Refunds must be requested through the platform (Apple App Store or Google Play). iOS users can request refunds through Apple Support; Android users can request refunds through Google Play Help.
• Transaction Records: Transaction records will be retained for 7 years. You can view your purchase history through your platform account.

Advertising

• Ad Display Issues: If ads are not displaying properly, check your network connection or try restarting the app. Ads are provided by Google AdMob, and display may be affected by network conditions, region, and other factors.
