This Privacy Policy (the "Policy") applies to all users of our RummiGo App (the "App"). The app is committed to respecting and protecting your privacy and ensuring the security of your personal information. Please read this Policy carefully before using this application. This Privacy Policy outlines how we handle information that identifies or is associated with you ("personal data"), including how we collect, use, and share personal data when you use the RummiGo Game Service.

1. Information Collection

We promise that we will not actively collect your personally identifiable information (such as name, phone number, email address, etc.) unless you voluntarily provide it. The App will only collect technical data necessary to provide the service, including but not limited to:

Information You Provide to Us, including:

• Account Information: We will create an account and generate a UserID for you after your first login. You can set up your nickname and avatar associated with your account.
• Transaction Information: When you use the in-app purchase features, we collect information relating to the transaction, such as your purchase activity, order records, and payment information (processed by the platform, not directly by us).
• Correspondence: When you communicate with us, we will receive details such as the content of your communications with us, including interactions with customer support and contacts through social media channels.

Information Automatically Collected:

• Device Information: Device model, operating system version, device brand and model, CPU information, screen resolution, and certain device identifiers including GAID, OAID, IDFA.
• Usage Data: Your activities within the app, including your activities and records, card and coin consumption history. We receive information about you when you log in and out of the app. We also collect your activities with the ads in the app.
• Network Information: Information about your local wireless network and your IP address, and how your device is performing, such as the battery level.
• Log Data: We collect data and information (through third-party products) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol ("IP") address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing this app, the time and date of your use of our service, and other statistics.

Information We Receive from Other Sources:

• Apple ID Information: Our game application uses Apple's Sign in with Apple service that may collect information used to identify you. Your Apple ID information (if you choose to log in to our services through your Apple ID) includes: device ID, Apple User ID and email address, and we use this information to create an account for you to use our services at your request.

2. Third-Party SDKs and Advertising Services

To provide you with a better service experience, we have integrated the following third-party SDKs. We have entered into data processing agreements with these service providers and require them to process your data in accordance with this Policy and applicable laws.

2.1 Google AdMob

• Service Provider: Google LLC (1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA)
• Purpose: Display banner ads within the app to support free operation of the app
• Data Categories Collected:
  • Device identifiers (such as Advertising ID, IDFA, GAID)
  • Device information (device model, OS version, language settings)
  • IP address
  • Advertising interaction data (ad impressions, clicks, etc.)
  • App usage data (for advertising effectiveness analysis)
• Data Retention: According to Google's privacy policy, advertising-related data is typically retained for 13 months

• Advertising Identifiers: We use SKAdNetwork for advertising attribution, and related network identifiers are configured in the app's Info.plist
• Personalized Ads: AdMob may use your data to provide personalized ads. You can opt out of personalized ads through device settings (iOS: Settings > Privacy > Apple Advertising; Android: Settings > Google > Ads)

2.2 Apple Services

• Service Provider: Apple Inc.
• Purpose: Login authentication, in-app purchase payment processing (iOS platform)
• Data Categories Collected: Purchase records, order information, payment status (processed by Apple, we only receive transaction results)
• Data Retention: According to Apple policy and legal requirements, order records are retained for 7 years

2.3 Google Play Services (Android Platform)

• Service Provider: Google LLC
• Purpose: In-app purchase payment processing (Android platform)
• Data Categories Collected: Purchase records, order information, payment status (processed by Google, we only receive transaction results)
• Data Retention: According to Google policy and legal requirements, order records are retained for 7 years

2.4 Data Sharing and Transfers

When you use this app, some of your data (such as device identifiers and advertising interaction data) may be transferred to Google AdMob servers (located in the USA). We have entered into Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC) with Google to ensure the legality of data transfers. In EEA/UK regions, we will obtain your consent before first use.

3. System Permissions We Use

To provide you with better service, we will request system permissions during your use of the app. We will only request and use these permissions when necessary.

• Read / Write External Storage: To save your game progress and resources on your device and retrieve them when needed, we may request storage permissions from you.
• Read / Write Clipboard: When you share room numbers with others, we will attempt to write the relevant information to your clipboard to simplify your process. When you fill in redemption codes, room numbers, or chat, and use the paste function, we may read your clipboard content.

4. Data Usage

We use personal data to provide the RummiGo Game Services for you, to display advertisements, improve our products and services, for security and fraud prevention, and to comply with applicable law. We do not sell, rent or share your information with third parties, except where required by law or as described in this Policy.

• To provide our products and services: We use the information we collect to provide you with our service, including creating an account for you, arranging the game battles and providing game leaderboards, communicating with you about our services, and providing technical support.
• For advertising services: We use AdMob to display ads within the app to support free operation of the app. Ads may be personalized based on your device information and app usage.
• To improve our products and services: We use the information to understand users' feedback, identify and address technical issues, conduct research about user interactions, and improve and develop our features.
• For security and fraud prevention: We use the information we collect to verify accounts, devices, and activities, combat harmful conduct, detect and prevent technical or security issues, including fraudulent activity, and promote safety and security.
• To comply with applicable law: For example, to satisfy tax or reporting obligations, or to comply with a lawful governmental request.

5. Data Storage, Retention, and International Transfers

We provide the RummiGo Game Service on a global basis. Currently, we store all the collected data on the servers located in China. We will take all steps necessary to ensure that your information is treated securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy and applicable law.

Data Retention Periods

We retain your personal data for the following periods:

• Account Information: Until you delete your account or request deletion
• Transaction Information: 7 years for tax and legal compliance purposes
• Usage Data: 2 years from last activity
• Log Data: 1 year from collection
• Correspondence: 3 years from last communication
• Advertising Data: According to AdMob policy, typically retained for 13 months

International Data Transfers

If you are located in the EEA or UK, please note that your personal data may be transferred to and processed in China and the USA (Google AdMob servers), which may not have the same level of data protection as your country. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place for such transfers, including:

• Adequacy decisions where applicable
• Your explicit consent for specific transfers (we will obtain your consent before first use in EEA/UK regions)

Data Security

We will take appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect the security of your information and prevent disclosure, damage or loss of information. All data is encrypted to ensure security during transmission. Although we take adequate security measures, we cannot completely avoid all security risks, therefore, you should understand and accept this risk.

11. Update of the Privacy Policy

We do not use automated decision-making processes, including profiling, that would have a significant impact on you without human intervention. AdMob may use automated systems for ad matching, but you can opt out of personalized ads through device settings.
