These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our application and services, including how we provide services and your responsibilities as a user of the RummiGo Game Service.

Our app offers in-app purchases (including virtual currency, items, etc.). All purchases are processed through platform payment systems (Apple App Store or Google Play). Please note the following important terms:
We are committed to ensuring that the app is as useful and efficient as possible. For that reason, we reserve the right to make changes to the app or to charge for its services, at any time and for any reason. We will never charge you for the app or its services without making it very clear to you exactly what you're paying for.
Certain functions of the app will require an active internet connection. The connection can be Wi-Fi or provided by your mobile network provider, but we cannot take responsibility for the app not working at full functionality if you don't have access to Wi-Fi, and you don't have any of your data allowance left.
If you're using the app outside of an area with Wi-Fi, you should remember that the terms of the agreement with your mobile network provider will still apply. As a result, you may be charged by your mobile provider for the cost of data for the duration of the connection while accessing the app, or other third-party charges.
In using the app, you're accepting responsibility for any such charges, including roaming data charges if you use the app outside of your home territory without turning off data roaming. If you are not the bill payer for the device on which you're using the app, please be aware that we assume that you have received permission from the bill payer to use the app.

With respect to our responsibility for your use of the app, when you're using the app, it's important to bear in mind that although we endeavor to ensure that it is updated and correct at all times, we do rely on third parties to provide information to us so that we can make it available to you.
We accept no liability for any loss, direct or indirect, you experience as a result of relying wholly on this functionality of the app. We cannot always take responsibility for the way you use the app, including ensuring that your device stays charged or that you have proper internet connectivity.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to these terms or the app shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the app in the 12 months preceding the claim.
At some point, we may wish to update the app. The app is currently available on iOS and other platforms. The requirements for the operating systems may change, and you'll need to download the updates if you want to keep using the app.
We do not promise that it will always update the app so that it is relevant to you and/or works with the version that you have installed on your device. However, you promise to always accept updates to the application when offered to you.
We may also wish to stop providing the app, and may terminate use of it at any time without giving notice of termination to you. Unless we tell you otherwise, upon any termination, (a) the rights and licenses granted to you in these terms will end; (b) you must stop using the app, and (if needed) delete it from your device.
This app is not intended for minors under the age of 18. If we become aware that a minor has provided personal information, we will take immediate steps to delete the relevant data.
Parents and guardians should monitor their children's use of mobile applications and ensure appropriate supervision.
The RummiGo Game Services and their original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Tianfu Ren and its licensors. The service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

Any legal disputes arising from these terms or your use of the app shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except that you may assert claims in small claims court if they qualify.
We may update our Terms and Conditions from time to time. We will notify users of updates within the app and ask users to agree to the new terms. If you do not agree to the updated terms, you may choose to stop using the App.
Your continued use of the app after any changes to these terms constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which we operate, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms and Conditions will remain in effect.
These Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the use of the RummiGo Game Services.
